From Loose Ends to Road Trip Trends: My Journey to Merchant Reviews Begins!

Today proved to be a rather eventful day as I bravely ventured into the chaotic realm of car organization. Amidst the chaos, I stumbled upon a CB radio, sparking a whirlwind of thoughts about its potential for adventure. And guess what? I've decided to add a new destination to my travel plans: VooDoo Donuts. As a proud native of Yuma, Arizona, I'm planning a nostalgic pilgrimage to the quaint town of Flagstaff to visit the places where my dear grandparents resided before bidding adieu to this world. Ah, the memories! The Grand Canyon and the painted desert are also calling my name, evoking fond recollections of family summer escapades through New Mexico and Arizona in my youth. 

And let's not forget the time my father and I took my young daughters, Katie and Sydni, on a bittersweet trip to visit my ailing grandmother. It was a journey filled with poignant moments and deep reflections, as we bid farewell to a beloved family matriarch. I do have to admit, that giving my dad some privacy was the last thing on my mind in the midst of all this nostalgia-laden chaos. But hey, who said road trips were meant to be orderly affairs, right?

For the first hour, after we started trying to find our way back, I played it off like I knew where we were. I was just pretending to be lost. I knew we were in no danger of dehydration or starvation or alien abduction so I was good. 

As soon as they figured out I really didn't know how to get back for real, you would have thought they came from the Survivor.

They start rationing water, counting candies, and planning where we are gonna sleep until we are rescued.

My dad came looking for us and found us walking in the right direction a couple miles from where we left. We were home before dinner. 

Now to hear my daughters tell it, I caused a Grizzly Adams situation that they almost did not come back from. lol

Anyway, I am reading some books to prepare:
